ABOUT CAL COAST

Rob brings in over 22 years of experience to Cal Coast Window and Door. Rob has worked for different companies and saw an opportunity to overhaul the process from quoting to installation at an elite level. 

He entered Cal Coast in 2017 with a goal of serving customers with excellent results by motivating top level employees. 

Through his leadership Cal Coast has grown to be the best window and door company in the Bay Area. 

He remains focused on using the company’s success to help others and consistently gives back to charities locally, nationally, and internationally. 

Being from Tennessee, he is an avid fan of any sports team from the volunteer state!

Dave joined Cal Coast in 2021 after over 20 years of leadership experience in faith-based, non-profit organizations. 

Dave brings a coaching style to Cal Coast that has developed staff at every level, helping the company keep the right culture, while maintaining excellence in process driven goals. 

When he’s not at the office, Dave coaches local athletes to maintain mental strength through his company Shielded Mental Performance.

Joining the team as Installation manager in 2021, 

Lorna brings excellent communication, multi-tasking, and team building to our installation team. 

Lorna being an experienced leader has brought focus and accountability to our installation teams helping us complete jobs on time with beautiful results! 

Lorna enjoys spending time in her garden, coffee with friends, and time with her family.

Viviana started at Cal Coast just In 2025 and keeps our financial records in order along with setting our standards high in the HR department. 

She enjoys the core value of “kindness” that Cal Coast embraces. 

She just received her Master’s degree in accounting from Purdue University and when she isn’t working she enjoys nature, exercising, attending church, and volunteering in the community.

Coach Dan is the newest addition to our Cal Coast Sales team. Dan brings an enthusiasm to our company. 

As a Pleasanton resident, Dan is well-known and loved in the community. 

Dan loves to help customers get the most for their money and providing solutions that are affordable. 

When he isn’t communicating with clients, Dan coaches AAU basketball.

Cal Coast was fortunate to welcome Sal to the team in 2019. 

Sal brings a warmth and relational skill to every interaction that he fosters. 

Sal loves the challenge of helping homeowners make the right choice of window brand, color, and material and goes the extra mile to help them acheive their vision. 

In his spare time, Sal serves at his local church, enjoys hiking, and spending time with his family.

Gary brings an incredible amount of experience to his role as remeasure specialist here at Cal Coast. 

He is careful, detailed, and accurate in his measurements. Gary’s keen eye for detail stop a lot of mistakes from happening, and help us serve our customers with excellence throughout the process. 

Gary loves spending his time fishing and gardening.

JT arrived on the sales staff in 2019 after spending 17 years working in hi-tech. 

JT is not only a top producer for Cal Coast, he is one of the best in the entire industry. He brings expert knowledge and detail to every project. 

He enjoys the collaborative experience at Cal Coast, noting that every project is a “team” effort.  

When not meeting with clients, he serves his church Calvary Chapel in San Jose by playing keyboards on the worship team.

Coming from the interior remodel industry in 2023, Mike brings a unique perspective to our sales team. 

He likes to see the interior and exterior have a cohesiveness in appearance for our customers homes.

In his spare time Mike loves to spend time with his family.

Chris joined Cal Coast in 2019 after many years in the mortgage industry. 

A resident of San Ramon, Chris is well aware of the needs for homeowners in the Bay Area. 

He works creatively with homeowners to find solutions to design difficulties.
